I may not be the prettiest girl. I am not a size five and I don’t have gorgeous legs and, most days, my hair is a complete mess. I don’t have a perfect smile, my eyes are uneven, and I have a shit camera.

But in this picture, I am genuinely happy. And not most girls can say that in a white t-shirt, soaking wet, that they are happy.

So today I say, fuck standards. Fuck the norm. I am Rose— a nice girl who is happy just dancing in the rain in a white shirt and a pair of jeans.

What my apartment lacks in size (current figures show it at 1.5x the size of a prison cell), it more than makes up for in Polaroid-y awesomeness.

Currently, there are just over 1000 up on the two walls.

Not bad, for a start.

Oh god. My recent itching for a Polaroid camera has just magnified tenfold. Must. Buy.
